My stay at Hotel Heevan was truly delightful, with exceptional service and amazing views right by the river. The location is picturesque, making it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, particularly Mr. Hilal, who went above and beyond. However, the room could use some updating, especially concerning the heating system. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely value for the money.

The hotel offers stunning views of the Lidder River, which is its main charm, but the room quality and service were quite lacking. While the location allows for a scenic and peaceful experience, the dining and maintenance aspects were very disappointing. It's a shame because the surrounding nature is beautiful, but the hotel itself falls short in several areas.
